Beautifully crafted beds delivered to your door
At Crafted Beds we work hard to ensure you have the best experience from the minute you place your order to the minute we deliver your lovely bed to your door.
As each is made-to-order, delivery is generally 7-21 days. However, sometimes due to demand, delivery can take longer, and we will always let you know if this is the case. Please note, if the item you have ordered is from one of our third-party suppliers, such as Oliver, please allow up to six weeks for your delivery.
Premium delivery and installation
Whenever you order from Crafted Beds, you have the option to select Premium Delivery, which includes delivery directly into the room of your choice, installation, and taking away rubbish. Our Premium Delivery charge is £79.00 and can be selected on the product page. This service may take slightly longer than the standard 21 days delivery timescale due to demand and depending upon the area in which you live.
Safe delivery
We are adhering to the latest government COVID-19 guidelines to ensure your bed is delivered in a safe manger. Drivers adhere to strict health and safety standards and maintain social distancing, at all time. Please note, deliveries may be delayed slightly due to COVID-19.
Our delivery professionals
Our very own dedicated Crafted Beds staff deliver our lovely beds directly to our customers or we use specialist couriers. This ensures minimum damage that can be caused by mainstream couriers due to changing hands too many times.
Delivery is calculated at checkout. Mainland UK delivery is free however certain postcodes may incur a charge, which is calculated at checkout. While we do our best to deliver according to specific requests, we cannot guarantee this. Failed deliveries incur a £40 charge.
