At Crafted Beds we work hard to ensure you have the best experience from the minute you place your order to the minute we deliver your lovely bed to your door.
As each bed is made-to-order, delivery is generally 5 to 10 working days. However, sometimes due to demand, delivery can take longer, and we will always let you know if this is the case.We do not offer next day delivery since our luxury beds are bespoke or made to order. As the saying goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, so are our beds made with painstaking care for our customers.If, however, you need the bed early, please get in touch with us via email on sales@craftedbeds.co.uk and our production team will consider and try to accommodate your request.

2-Year Limited Warranty
Crafted Beds offers a 2-year limited warranty on all its products, which demonstrates our confidence in their durability and performance.
Initial 6-Month Guarantee
During the first six months from the date of purchase, our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may affect the functionality or appearance of your bed. This includes issues such as structural integrity, faulty workmanship, or material flaws. Should you encounter any problems, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost to you.
Extended Parts Replacement
Following the initial 6-month period, our warranty continues to provide coverage for parts replacement for the remaining duration of the 2-year warranty. This ensures that any integral components of your bed that may require attention are promptly addressed, maintaining the standard of quality you expect from Crafted Beds.
